Hey peeps. Name's C.J. I happen to be a girl, a rather sensitive one at that, though I try my hardest to pass myself off as a tomboy. I'm a HUGE bookworm and I'll read just about anything, from biographies to science fantasy to pulp fiction. Even Westerns (Welll, not really. Shane was an exception.) Nerd? Yup, that's me. I've given up hiding it. I overthink a lot of things that are insignificant to most people yet important to me, usually with characters.

I'll admit to being very shy most of the time, even online. I am pretty passionate though and so I don't stay shy for long LOL. Caps-lock frequents my posts. I'm told I have a sense of humor. I don't know what kind, though, though I greatly admire sarcasm and my favorite comedians include Brian Regan, Eddie Izzard, and Tim Hawkins.

I am indeed, a Christian. Non-denominational, to be exact. I would ask that you wouldn't judge me because of this, as it's not my place to judge anyone else on their beliefs/lifestyle either. I don't identify with those people who scream and rant holding signs in the streets. I prefer to think of it as a relationship, not so much a religion because that word means different things to different people--not always good. I'm not perfect and I never will be, but if you're interested in hearing my story or pop a question on my faith, I'll be happy and will do my best to answer.

I don't often talk about politics but since it probably will come up...I identify with the Republican party, but I despise both the terms Conservative and Liberal. I'm pretty much a moderate with a few liberal leanings that nevertheless adheres firmly to a some conservative ideas.

*Two obsessions of mine: Chocolate Mint (or dark chocolate!) and Laguna Loire. What do these two have in common? Well, nothing at all really, but that's not the point. I love chocolate mint in just about anything and, and Laguna Loire (FF8's true leading man) is just about the most awesome video game character ever, under-appreciated and underused as he is.
